It's not just looks either

I think both are internally destroy the team/company. If you look at it from their point of view, they are only doing what they think is best for the team/company. In Obadiah Stane’s case, he thinks it will be in the best interests to kill Stark so he can run the company and continue to sell weapons. Bill thinks it will be the team’s best interests by continuing to run the team by employing overpaid crappy veterans. Both are set in their ways and deny the idea of change.

Hopefully that good will prevail in the Mariners FO too. But there is no Tony Stark parallel IRO though. :(

The Red Sox representative asked what I wanted.

I said I needed time to think about it. I decided I wanted tonight’s jersey autographed by Manny, or the bat he hit it with autographed by him, or a picture with him that he would sign. They said no. I walked away. Youkilis came out to negotiate, and I told him my demands and he said “Sorry Man, he said he doesn’t care enough about 499.” I thanked him for talking to me personally (And he’s way smaller than you’d think he is, very short) and his beard is really more gnarly than you’d think it would be. But while he tried hard to get me to give it up for next to nothing (they offered me an Ortiz ball at most) he seemed cool with letting me keep it. So I kept it.

You should've asked to smoke a bowl with Manny.

Even if I didn’t get a damn thing, that’d still be special to me. I’ve been to quite a few baseball games and never so much as had a foul ball go in my vicinity. Catching a milestone home run is a pretty awesome memory.

And yet, what mixed emotions it would bring. A home run by the enemy, that tied up the game and looked as though it was the first step towards another Mariner loss. If the Mariners didn’t win this ballgame, I might have to destroy that baseball.
