So, if the guy who was supposed to have tarped off your deck, and cut a herking big hole in it, didn't do it and he is late for the 5:00 appointment to fix the faucet
is it ok to assume he isn’t going to show today and to start dinner?
That was a great game, with a great ending. To me it looked like he touched the plate, and I’ve never really seen anything absolute that shows otherwise.
The play really wasn’t all that clear. Maybe he did, maybe he didn’t. So you have a good point about that. And I never denied that the game had great moments, and the ending was exciting, but the only thing is I guess I wish it was more clear. As do you guys, I’m sure, I like to KNOW that the winner was rightful, but still y’all are right that it was overall a classic.
I remember that he plays in the NL central and I begin to wonder, is he really the best right hander of all time or is he just a very good right hander who looks like the best ever because of where he plays?
No need to be so hyperbolic, Jeff.
The Yankees winning will not destroy the sport.
