Yup.
This is paraphrasing by me … She thinks (and emphasized this is just ‘feel’, not that she has heard anything specific) that Felix is interested in trying free agency, and she doesn’t think that various moves by the previous administration — the early unwillingness to talk long-term contract, the naming of Bedard as opening day starter last year without giving Felix a chance to win the job — have helped, even though the people involved are now all gone. She did say that he has a good agent who she thinks would put Felix first…
