What inning will a run be scored in the Phillies/Giants game, is the more interesting question. I’m gonna say the tenth inning, after Lincecum and Halladay both pitch nine inning one hitters. In an effort to protect their arms, they will be taken out of the game and replaced by relievers, who will immediately give up 3 or 4 runs.

Both subspecies are state-listed as endangered in Texas..” – Parks & Wildlife
I wouldn't trade a playoff victory to have the Yankees comeback and win this game but I would gladly trade ten more losses in a nonplayoff year for it.
I love it when McCarver is explaining how a player is so good because such and such, then a moment later the player does the opposite and McCarver quickly praises the other player and explains why they are so great at doing such and such.
This game was so frustrating to watch and without looking I'm blaming the home plate ump's strike zone
It appeared to be fuzzy at the edges. Inconsistent. 6th inning, Halladay was covering home plate after he gave up a double, I swear he said “I had him out”. He said something just prior to to that that stood the ump up straight, “fuck you”? Either way, lousy strike zone, had both pitchers blue balled at the corners. B.S.
The notoriously tough Philly fans came up with a unique way to mock Lincecum instead of the usual boos. They serenaded him with whistles when he batted in the fifth and seventh, presumably poking fun at his long, shaggy hair.
“I must have a really nice butt,” Lincecum said. “I was hearing a lot of them.”
The Claw and Antler thing is the stupid thing ever.
