Well that sucked.
Fin - April 25, 2010
Fuck this ballpark.
BrianL - April 25, 2010
If anyone caught the post-game, Brad Adam looked about ready to choke out Chicago's mascot.
If anyone can .gif that, they will be my hero.
BrettJMiller - April 25, 2010
That quite nearly resembles a clown.
JY - April 25, 2010
It sure does!
Jeff Sullivan - April 25, 2010
Sweet
Record in one-run games: 1-5

Evil Evil Comerica.
msb - April 25, 2010
What about the Tigers?
Maury Povich - April 25, 2010
Comiskey. Comerica is in Detroit.
Both stadiums replaced gems of baseball with sterile, sanitary, boring-as-shit new ballparks.
thehemogoblin - April 25, 2010
Sigh. well my head just isn't in to it.
msb - April 25, 2010
It's okay.
Just look two posts down for my own humiliating mistake. Hope that makes you feel better.
thehemogoblin - April 25, 2010
Lame
seattlebruin - April 25, 2010
I can't decide if I want to blame the non-Kotchman parts of the offense, or just blame Sean White.
Either way, I think I’ll just be piling on.
It has to be obvious to the front office that left field needs to be remedied though. (Ignoring the irrationality of the designated hitter position for the moment.) Every other position seems to be at least passable for the M’s (barring Wilson’s current injury.)
Oy veh.
thehemogoblin - April 25, 2010
I think you've got the wrong reliever
greymstreet - April 25, 2010
Okay, that was based on principle (and the fact that I missed that part of the game.)
I suppose that means I’m blaming the offense then. Or Brandon League.
thehemogoblin - April 25, 2010
Blame the GM for putting together a team that relies on two washed up ballplayers to hit
in the middle of the order and waste roster space.
Rudy4three - April 25, 2010
Rendon!
I Lick Squirrels - April 25, 2010
And ... it looks like Cliff Lee's day is done.
rickpo - April 25, 2010
How'd he do?
drm1125 - April 25, 2010
Six shutout. Gave up a few hits.
Rudy4three - April 25, 2010
Game went to hell after he left.
JY - April 25, 2010
Yep, he went six innings and then in the 7th, the Bees ended up scoring 4 runs.
I was in the massive concession line during this time, so I wasn’t able to see how they scored the runs.
seattle_since_81 - April 25, 2010
Apparently, the Rainiers were having trouble scoring runs,
hmm.
msb - April 25, 2010
3.5 runs on average the past week.
JY - April 25, 2010
3.5 for the whole week? :)
msb - April 25, 2010
No, for each individual game.
JY - April 25, 2010
Wouldn't it be nice to see 3.5 runs per game?
On our side, mind you.
msb - April 25, 2010
Surprisingly, our overall average is 3.79.
I would be content if we would just suck less on the road.
JY - April 25, 2010
BEEEEEEEEEES NOT THE BEEEEEEEEEEEEES AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Slurvey - April 25, 2010
We also playd Burlington in the Midwest League this week.
BEES EVERYWHERE AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
JY - April 25, 2010
YOUR FIREARMS ARE USELESS AGAINST THEM
abender20 - April 26, 2010
Playing with zero backups sucks
Poochie - April 25, 2010 via mobile
Comiskey is one of my new least favorite things.
We probably could’ve had a sweep despite our horrid lineups if that had been played at the Safe.
SethGrandpa - April 25, 2010
Not true
Lopez grand slam was an inning-ending fly ball at Safeco.
Avery Bowron - April 25, 2010
True.
I’m just bitter.
SethGrandpa - April 25, 2010
Only Eric Byrnes could win Baseball Tonight's "Web Gem of the Day" for a play in which he didn't record an out.
Teej - April 25, 2010
I hate him.
Teej - April 25, 2010
You are wrong
Jeff Sullivan - April 25, 2010
I want to set him free in a field
OlSalty - April 25, 2010
I want to see Byrnes chase butterflies.
JY - April 25, 2010
I want to see men with butterfly nets chasing Byrnes.
abender20 - April 26, 2010
So long as he gets to dive away from the nets.
JY - April 26, 2010
No seriously, I think I'm right
Teej - April 25, 2010
I love him.
Poochie - April 25, 2010
You are wrong
Teej - April 25, 2010
You didn't used to be retarded
Jeff Sullivan - April 25, 2010
I watched a few innings of Eric Byrnes playing baseball and realized that being retarded isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Teej - April 25, 2010
You've changed man.
OlSalty - April 25, 2010
Doesn't it suck when they get all uppity?
abender20 - April 26, 2010
Being retarded is great, you can like Jose Lopez and no one will think you're crazy
seattlebruin - April 26, 2010
I don't see how you could possible arrive at that conclusion
Jeff Sullivan - April 26, 2010
Awww :(
