There is no floor
in that picture.
calim - May 17, 2010
Thank you.
qrsouther - May 18, 2010
Tells the story.
Mataya - May 17, 2010
That seems low
Cantu Easley Winn - May 17, 2010
I didn't see Jon S. too much.
thehemogoblin - May 17, 2010
I would curse if I were using Internet Explorer, too.
harkening - May 17, 2010
I'm on Chrome.
IE worked better for this though.
Mataya - May 17, 2010
Now I don't feel so bad for just leaving to go biking.
Slurvey - May 17, 2010
What's going on in the chart?
Is Griffey in one of those sex swings, but for catching balls?
Janic - May 17, 2010
"Put him in a sex swing, because he's done" has a nice ring to it.
Teej - May 17, 2010
Shit, that is Griffey.
I thought it was Morgan.
joof - May 17, 2010
It's Junior breaking his wrist
against all our hopes and dreams.

So did they pull Saunders because it was a LH pitcher?
If so, is there actually enough information on Saunders to label him a platoon bat yet?
Kermit. - May 17, 2010
No, Wak just doesn't want to recreate Saunders' debut stretch where all he faced were lefties and he sucked.
He had said when Saunders came up this time that he wanted to ease him into this stint more, so he’s not going to play him much against lefties until he feels Saunders is more comfortable. Whenever that is.
drblacknwhite - May 17, 2010
It was more along the lines of lefty-lefty-lefty-Roy Halladay-lefty-lefty-Zack Greinke.
When he did face a RHP it was still death.
Slurvey - May 17, 2010
Wak is a damn fool.
tait644 - May 17, 2010
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
WE’RE COMING TO GET YOU MICHAEL DON’T YOU WORRY
Decatur - May 17, 2010
Whether or not there is enough information, I believe is debatable.
In any case, I would want him in LF and if they must play Tui, make him the DH, not Jr., not ever.
TrustBaseball - May 17, 2010
We would have had no fielders on the bench in that scenario.
I’m okay with this in a one-game nutshell, but we can’t be running Griffey out there just because he’s the least broken individual left.
thehemogoblin - May 17, 2010
It still all comes back to "WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU KEEP GRIFFEY AND SWEENEY ON THE ROSTER?"
tait644 - May 17, 2010
A wise question that only GMZ or higher can ask at this point.
I’m feeling like Wak has no choice in this regard, it’s got to be out of his hands. He couldn’t possibly be so stupid that he’d want both of them on the bench to use as necessary. And if he is, then GMZ needs to get rid of him ASAP.
TrustBaseball - May 17, 2010
I can't wait until Milton Bradley comes back so I can see some entertainment out of this team.
ThundaPC - May 17, 2010
So RRS + Griffey literally lost us the game, contributing more than -.5 toward win expectancy.
lailaihei - May 17, 2010 via mobile
I hope RRS is gone.
Actually I hoped he was already gone his last bad start.
What gives with Wak giving endless chances to players performing terribly, so that they can help us lose more?
Enough is enough, goddammit.
Sam Regens - May 17, 2010
lose more games
Sam Regens - May 17, 2010
This is basically how I feel
Jordan of Boise - May 17, 2010
Very nice.
(Is that RRS in the upper left or some other nonperforming dude?)
Sam Regens - May 17, 2010
Sweeney.
It’s also worth noting that the power went out twice while I was trying to do this. Fuck my life.
Jordan of Boise - May 17, 2010
Sweeney is left-handed?
Or mirror image…?
Matt Erickson - May 17, 2010
What, is he Zoolander?
He can turn left in the course of a day’s walk.
