I used to always draft League in "fantasy draft" style baseball games because he could throw 100mph.
I’ve loved him ever since then, and the fact that he now throws a sinker with ridiculous speed and ridiculous movement as well as (at least last year) having the best pitch in baseball… What’s not to love?
If I have one critcism of Brandon League it is that someone needs to tell him it’s okay to try catch or at least field a ball that comes hurling back towards him.
BRING IN BRANDON LEAGUE

He is not Brandon Morrow, which is awesome.

I'm still hoping for a shot of the "LEAGUE" tattoo across his shoulder blades.

With the wrong number sprawled across his back

I like Brandon League
but find his teeth to be disquieting.

He has Jon Heder teeth.

I love League but I wish he'd show me the reason why more often.
Eyeball Kid - May 4, 2010
I like him for now.
If he starts throwing that beautiful splitter/sinker more, I’m sure he’ll woo me into loving him.
Big Seahawk Loser - May 4, 2010
That's the reason I was referring to.
Eyeball Kid - May 4, 2010
Whew
I was hoping so.

When you are a relief pitcher
And you go out of your way to make yourself look like a douchebag, you sure better be damn confident in your stuff. So, Love.
