I think that line is not straight
Or the ball had some weird spin on it. It definitely looks just right of the line until it passes the bag, at which point it is clearly fair. It may just be the perspective.

I love it when announcers call out people on the air.
It’s not too often they flat out say something is stupid and wrong for example this.
However I think the ump was right, it looked fouled before he made the call and after he made it the ball clearly went fair but the ball at that point went past him and he probably couldn’t have known. It’s all a matter of whether or not it went over third base and it’s a hard call since it looked like the ball curved out then back into fair territory.

That looks weird...
Looks like it hits the foul line right off his bat, then bounces on the foul line again right in front of the bag, goes over the bag, and bounces clearly in fair territory.
By ruling, that’d be a fair ball all the way, but the movement of that ball is really unusual.
